Submission Guidelines

1. The submitted papers must not be previously published or under consideration of publication elsewhere.

2. Please submit your full paper via email or online system.

3. And please submit the full paper if both the presentation and publication are needed.

4. Should you have any questions or you need any information in English, please contact us.


Source Files

Please ensure you provide all relevant editable source files at every submission and revision. Failing to submit a complete set of editable source files will result in your article not being considered for review. For your manuscript text please always submit in common word processing formats such as .docx or LaTeX.


Composition Requirements

1. Plagiarism is strongly prohibited and papers that have been published or submitted for publication elsewhere will not be considered.

2. Submitted papers should be written in the English language, with a minimum length of 4 printed pages, including all the figures, references, and appendices. One regular registration covers 6 Pages. 

3. The paper must print clearly and legibly, including all the figures, tables, equations in a standard way

4. When your full paper get finished, please submit it via the paper submission system. Acceptance or rejection will be announced after the peer review process.

5. All accepted papers must designate at least an author to be present at the conference.


iThenticate against Plagiarism

OCOT 2024  uses the iThenticate software to detect instances of overlapping and  similar text in submitted manuscripts. iThenticate software checks content against a database of periodicals, the Internet, and a comprehensive article database. It generates a similarity report,  highlighting the percentage of overlap between the uploaded article and the published material. Any instance of content overlap is further  scrutinized for suspected plagiarism according to the publishers Editorial Policies. OCOT2024 allows an overall similarity of 20% for a  manuscript to be considered for publication. The similarity percentage  is further checked keeping the important points in view in Author Instruction.

Penalty against Plagiarism

We  firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtual of  any academic. Hence any act of plagiarism is a totally unacceptable  academic misconduct and cannot be tolerated. If an author is found to  commit an act of plagiarism, the following acts of sanction will be  taken:

   1. Reject the article submitted or delete the article from published Conference proceedings.
   2. Impose a three years ban for the author to submit any article to future Conferences.
   3. Report the authors violation to his/her supervisor(s) and affiliated institution(s).
   4. Report the authors violation to the appropriate overseeing office of academic ethics and research funding agency.
   5.  Publish the authors name(s), the title of the article, the name(s) of  the affiliated institution and the details of misconduct, etc. of the  plagiarist.
